Tests to Certify Performance

From impact tests to immersion and resistance tests, Peli lights are tested to meet performance specifications before they leave the manufacturing facility.

Impact Testing

Drops from a range of heights to measure resistance to impacts of varying force.

Environmental Testing

Walk in environmental chamber 6-foot (1.83 m) wide by 8 foot (2.44 m) high and 8 feet (2.44 m) deep with a thermal range of -100°F (-73.3°C) to 200°F (92.3°C).

Immersion Testing

Multiple immersion tanks in varying dimensions capable of simulating immersions up to 2 meters.

Materials Testing

Tests to certify anti-static materials in intrinsically safe lighting solutions meet Class & Division specifications
