Tests to Certifications
From resistance to extreme temperatures to performance against impacts, Peli cases are capable of meeting numerous certifications, backed by the tests to support it.
Bounce Testing
The bounce test simulates it all, from brutal unsecured off-road transport scenarios to long haul wheeled transport, applying static forces between 2 - 5HZ and rotational forces between 120 - 350RPM
Drop Testing
The NATO Level 1 system handles loads up to 500kg, with repeatable drop simulations from 30cm to 2m, ensuring complete protection in unpredictable environments.
Environmental Testing
State-of-the-art environmental chamber simulates environments from freezing -60°C of Antarctica to well beyond scorching desert climates (+150°C) and humidity levels from arid 5% to tropical 98%
Immersion Testing
Multiple immersion tanks in varying dimensions capable of simulating immersions up to 2 meters.
Vibration Testing
The electrodynamic vibration lab tests cases against vibrations from 3 - 2700HZ, with force applications up to 50,000 Newtons and shock forces up to 100,000 Newtons.
Rain Testing
Simulating exposure to water through events such as natural rainfall or ocean spray. Spacious test facility, accommodating test articles up to 5.5m x 2.5m (ambient) or 1.6m x 1.2m x 1m (conditioned).
